EVE Energy has attracted attention at The Battery Show Europe 2024 with its full-scenario lithium battery solution

From June 18th to 20th, The Battery Show Europe 2024 was held in Stuttgart, Germany. EVE Energy participated with a full-scenario lithium battery solution, showed the most diverse lithium battery technology routes and the most comprehensive solutions to European and global customers.

With 23 years of technology accumulation in the cylindrical battery field, EVE Energy is continuously leading in the research and development and market promotion of large cylindrical battery technology. The immersion cooling battery system on display is a brand-new product developed and designed based on the 46 series large cylindrical batteries. It has comprehensive advantages such as high power, high safety, ultra-fast charging and others. At present, EVE Energy's large cylindrical battery products have been taken in mass production and delivery in 2023. More than 21,000 units have been delivered within 8 months of mass production, and over 13,000 vehicles have run more than 1,000 kilometers. So far, there's no safety incidents.

EVE Energy has always focused on the market and customer needs. Further innovated in the lithium iron phosphate material system, EVE Energy launched a series of lithium iron manganese phosphate battery products, which attracts the attention and consultation of many customers. The energy density of this product can be increased by more than 14%, the cycle life exceeds 5,500 times, and the discharge energy percentage at -20°C is ≥80%. The system can achieve full life cycle NTP, greatly improves operation and usage efficiency of vehicles. Currently, this product mainly serves international commercial vehicles manufacturers.

In the field of energy storage, household energy storage and electric energy storage products have attracted high market attention. For household energy storage scenarios, EVE Energy provides long-cycle, high-safety, easy-to-install, and strong-compatibility products based on C40, LF100L and other cells, which can effectively protect household electricity. For power energy storage, the MB series products are particularly eye-catching. The single cell capacity is 628Ah and the energy can reach 2.009kWh. It adopts a through-type liquid-cooled large PACK design, and has significant advantages in minimal integration, convenience and safety, and can effectively solve problems such as the economy of large-scale energy storage power stations, the complexity and safety of installation, operation and maintenance.

Under the development trend of electrification and convenience of intelligent terminal, EVE Energy 18650, 21700 and other V cylindrical battery products are widely recognized by customers and the market for their product features of long endurance, long life, high safety, and wide temperature range. Currently, the cumulative sales volume of V cylindrical series batteries exceeds 2.2 billion units, and they are widely used in electric tools, garden tools, electric two-wheelers, portable energy storage and other fields, making people's lives more convenient, comfortable and intelligent.

The cutting-edge technology products such as solid-state batteries and sodium-ion batteries have drawn great attention from visitors at the show. EVE Energy’s solid-state battery technology will be applied in the hybrid field. It is expected to achieve a process breakthrough in 2026 to launch the solid-state battery with high power, high environmental tolerance and absolute safety, and gradually promote the 400Wh/kg solid-state battery in 2028. For sodium-ion battery, EVE Energy is focusing on the research of long-cycle, low-cost, and high-safety energy storage sodium-ion battery. It has begun to deliver samples. The specific energy will be further increased in the future while reducing the cost of the battery.
